About the Role

We have partnered with one of the fastest growing Ed-Tech startups in Asia Pacific. You will be part of a business that offers innovative and accessible digital solutions through their own technology platform.

You will be professionally responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in the company by prioritizing emails and phone calls and arranging meetings and business events.

What you’ll be working on

  • Coordinating with global board members for meeting times

  • Sending invites for board meetings

  • Booking travel for executive team

  • Supporting the executive committee day to day

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus!

  • Hybrid set-up
